Artisan Noodles, Made with Precision.

Our desire to create the best ramen noodle possible led to us importing a Yamato noodle machine all the way from Japan. With painstaking attention to detail, we use a precise blend of Japanese and Swiss flours to handcraft each noodle with love. The result? A perfect ramen noodle, ready to be slurped and to carry that amazing broth.
