Our dedication to handcrafting noodles led us to import a Yamato noodle machine from Japan. We carefully blend Japanese and Swiss flours, creating noodles with a perfect balance of texture and flavour. Each batch is made with care and love, ensuring every slurp of our house-made noodles is packed full of flavour.
